A complete IR website, built in two months, owned by you.
A fixed-fee, full-stack rebuild of your investor relations website on a modern, accessible, machine-readable foundation. £18 to 28k. Two months. Code, content, and CMS access transferred at handover.
What the build covers.
Five layers, every time. Equity story, regulatory disclosure, real-time market data, AI-accessible content, continuous compliance. The Equity story is a proper editorial rewrite of your homepage and About in language an institutional analyst can scan in 90 seconds. The Regulatory disclosure layer covers a Rule 26 page built to the letter, a DTR-compliant document archive with proper retention horizons, and a governance section that meets DTR 7.2. Real-time market data covers share price, RNS feed, AGM voting results, analyst coverage, financial calendar, and investor email alerts that work. AI-accessible content covers Schema.org structured data, sitemap, llms.txt, and content design that surfaces correctly when an investor asks an AI about the company. Continuous compliance is delivered through the Compliance Monitor, included as part of the Managed Service tier.
Two-month delivery.
Week one is Discovery. We sit with the IR lead, the Company Secretary, and where relevant the CFO and the NOMAD. We confirm the equity story, audit the existing site against Rule 26, DTR, UKLR, MAR and WCAG 2.2 AA, and produce a written audit report. Weeks two and three are information architecture and design. You see wireframes and a single design direction, not a parade of options. Weeks four and five are build. You see weekly preview links and sign off in stages. Weeks six and seven are content migration, RNS feed integration, structured data, accessibility testing, and a private QA pass. Week eight is launch and handover.
What is included.
A new responsive, accessible site on a modern stack. A Rule 26 compliance audit. Schema.org structured data on every page. RNS feed integration. Investor email alerts. A document archive with proper metadata. A governance section. AGM history and committee charters. Open Graph and Twitter card metadata. Sitemap and robots and llms.txt. Analytics that respect privacy. A two-hour training session for whoever will maintain content. A full code repository under your control on launch day.
What is not included.
Photography, illustration, and brand identity refreshes are out of scope unless agreed separately. Translation, share registrar integration beyond standard RNS feed, and any bespoke shareholder portal features are part of the Premium tier. Hosting, security, and ongoing content updates are part of the Managed Service tier.
What drives the price range.
£18k is for issuers under £50m market cap with a single-segment business and an existing CMS we can migrate cleanly. £28k is for Main Market issuers, complex group structures, multi-segment reporting, or sites with extensive document archives requiring re-tagging. The audit, conducted before commitment, gives you a precise number within the range.
