An IR website that an institutional analyst can actually interrogate.
Everything in Foundation plus Managed Service, plus AI-augmented investor tooling. £35 to 50k build plus £900 to 1,500 a month. For Main Market issuers and AIM names above £100m market cap.
AI investor Q and A.
A search and answer layer across every RNS announcement, every annual and interim report, every governance document, and every regulatory filing the issuer has published in the last five years. An institutional analyst can ask, in plain English, what the year-on-year trend in segmental gross margin has been, or whether the chief executive is on the audit committee, or how many AGMs the company has held in the last decade, and receive a sourced answer with citations. The retrieval is mature technology. The corpus is curated from the issuer's own published material. The user-facing language model is current-generation and rate-limited. We do not let it speculate beyond the corpus.
Live ESG dashboard.
A page on the IR website that surfaces the metrics that matter to long-only investors. Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, year-on-year. Gender pay gap, year-on-year. Modern Slavery Act statement freshness. SECR disclosure status. Board diversity, governance code chosen, board independence. Where automated feeds exist for the data (for example, SECR-equivalent operational metrics from finance systems), the dashboard pulls them. Where they do not, the dashboard refreshes quarterly from a manual update by the IR lead. We are honest about which fields are automated and which are manual, and we mark them visibly so an investor knows which is which.
Custom shareholder portal with proxy voting.
A logged-in portal where verified shareholders can view their holdings as recorded by the registrar, register for AGM notifications, submit proxy votes for upcoming resolutions, and download annual reports and circulars in their preferred format. Proxy voting integrations are registrar-dependent. Computershare, Equiniti, Link, and MUFG all expose the necessary API surface. Smaller registrars may require a manual fallback. We build to the registrar in place. We do not switch your registrar.
Quarterly investor briefing assets.
Each quarter the Premium tier produces a video briefing asset for the investor relations homepage. A short, structured walkthrough of the period's headline numbers, the strategic narrative, and one or two follow-on questions a long-only analyst is likely to raise. Six to eight minutes, recorded by the chief executive or the chief financial officer, scripted and edited by Actually AI. The asset is captioned for accessibility and transcribed for AI-readability.
Honest about what is mature and what is bleeding edge.
The AI investor Q and A is mature retrieval-augmented generation over a curated corpus, equivalent to what investment banks now run internally. The ESG dashboard is mature in its design, partially mature in its data feeds. The shareholder portal with proxy voting is mature where the registrar exposes the API, less so otherwise. The quarterly video briefing is conventional video production with structured scripting. We will not oversell capability, and we will not understate it.
