About Actually AI.

Actually AI was founded by David Ville in 2026, in Birmingham. The premise is simple. AI is now genuinely useful, and most consultancies and most websites have not yet caught up with that fact. Actually AI helps businesses and listed issuers catch up, without the buzzwords.

Why two practices.

An AI consultant who can also build a Rule 26-compliant IR website is rarer than it should be. The same craft that produces a clean information architecture for an SME homepage is the craft that produces a defensible regulatory disclosure structure for an AIM issuer. Both audiences benefit from the same underlying discipline. Plain English. Foundations before features. Built to last, not to demo.

Who is behind this.

David Ville has spent twenty years working in sustainability and corporate strategy across Whitbread, Thomas Cook, Currys, Radley Yeldar, KPMG, and the University of Birmingham. He holds an MSc in Leadership for Sustainable Development. He founded Venue Impact Advisory and Helix Advisory before Actually AI. He has been a Bournville resident for years and his family has been in Birmingham for four generations.
